Anyone else read these books by Jim Butcher? I was/am a Harry Potter fan and with no more books I was looking for something. Someone suggested these and I can't put them down.

The premise is that Harry Dresden is a Wizard living in Chicago and he helps the police solve crimes that involve all sorts of mythical creatures.

If you haven't read them, and like that kind of stuff, I highly recommend them.

It would be cool if someone made a TV series out of it. Probably would only run one season before being canceled though.

90 Grad - I was in the same situation after finishing the Harry Bosch series by Michael Connelly...was at B&N one day and picked up the first 2 Dresden books on a whim...I wasn't disappointed. Definitely a good series.
