Doomsday = Mad Max Remake?

Anyone else see what I see? Probably won't be near as good as either Mad Max or the Road Warrior, but it looks interesting. I did see the Descent and that was a pretty good movie.

That was my exact thought when I saw the trailer for the first time...except nobody in Mad Max made my pants feel even remotely as tingly as Rhona Mitra does...

Mad Max meets Escape from NY with the whole trapped in a city deal. I'll watch it. On dvd.

Yeah, "Escape from New York" seems the better comparison.

Kurt Russell's "Snake Pliskin" character is genius. Smoking hot though she may be, I doubt that Rhona Mitra will be able to compete.
