I'm sure that most of y'all have heard about the apartments north of campus that burned down the other night. Many of the mostly student tenants lost most or everything that they owned in the fire. Greystone Park Apartments, at Greystone and Woodhollow in the Far West area, are taking donations this weekend of food, clothes, housewares, just about anything, to help these folks out. If y'all have anything you want to give to assist our fellow Longhorns, please stop by Greystone's office or call Dory at 345-4444 to get more information!
Oh, and for all you you who are currently renting--PLEASE contact your insurance agent and ask about getting renter's insurance if you don't already have it! It is SO inexpensive, and apartment fires like this could happen at any time! If your agent doesn't do renter's ins., PM me and I can tell you some that do!!!
