Dogfish: The Rise of Extreme Beer

Where might one find a link to read about Dogfish Brewery?
I go to their brew pub in Rehoboth, Delaware every time I am there. But that 120 is too much for me. I like pretty much all the other products, though.

If I'm eating something really spicy, like the super hot wings, then a 120 is really good. But if I'm just hanging out drinking beer, I prefer something a touch milder.

I do love the Dogfish IPAs, though.

I find it humorous how they feel insulted by Miller/Coors/Bud and their supreme market share. They think everyone should drink "craft" beer. This being the same population that eats probably 100 times more McD/BK/Wendys as they do Huts (or any other small burger joint). Not saying I don't enjoy "craft" brew, they just need to understand they are a niche market, and there is nothing wrong with that. Stop badmouthing the big companies, unless you can make something better for 15.99 a case.

The 120 was too sweet for me last time I tried it (4+ years ago), but I dig their 90 and a few others. Their Midas Touch is pretty damn unusual. Saucer has it on draft off and on... I think it is back on right now.
