I'm honestly asking here. How can someone think this is a positive move for a democratic republic? Doesn't this bother those of you on the left that this is going on, and apparently no one seems to care? Shouldn't the media at least be up in arms about this?The Link

The current administration already has the mainstream media at their beck and call, but now they're trying to insert themselves into every aspect of a news outlet, bypassing/coercing editors, "journalists" etc. to fully pump their propaganda to the masses.
Personally, I don't see how this could go wrong
I'm guessing a few of the liberal parrots on this forum will be able to legitimize this for us, though.
It really is surprising that the media is not making this one of the biggest stories of the year. The idea of the license issuers potentially being in control of the content is frightening.
I think public officials should be recorded and all conversations posted as public knowledge. I think it is important to know what our elected officials are doing and saying when all these ideas come about.
Also, I like to be talked to while I am being bent over...
