...THIS GUY frequently outsmarting us, outworking us, out-foxing us, out-preparing us, out-play calling us, out game managing us, out positioning us, out clock-managing us, and generally kicking our a$$??? (and doing it with mostly 2 and 3 star recruits...)

I hope the new regime understands who we're dealing with, and out-everythings him for a change...

Yes, and I also get tired of him constantly pulling the front of his shirt down to cover his belly after he throws his arms up or makes some other excited gesture. Dude, either lose the gut or get longer shirts. :rolleyes1:

On a more serious note, I really liked how Sark fielded the questions about the upcoming game in the PC yesterday. He was all business, mentioned that the TCU team we will be facing will not be the same one that SMU played Saturday, acknowledged the recent history and noted that the team is also well aware, and finally that we will be ready to play football at 11:00 AM Saturday.

If the recent and sharp upward trend that started after we were embarrassed in Fayetteville continues, we will all be very pleased going forward.

A-hole has stated many times despite season mediocre results, he keeps his job because he mostly beats Texas every year!

This pisses me off! Mack, Strong, Herman have been his *******.

After frogs joined BigXII I believe the record is:

Mack won 2 of 3
Strong won 0 of 3
Herman won 1 of 4

3 - 7

Time for this PATTERSON to STOP!! :cursing2::cursing2::cursing2:

Worster,

It would be nice for Bijan to pull of his best Chris Gilbert (1968) impersonation and break the 300 yard mark.
SH, was that performance highlighted by a 96 yarder, from the south end, along the west sideline? If so, I’ll never forget that run, or that game.

@SabreHorn & @dukesteer

1967 in Austin. I was there with Dad and 2 of his adult friends that were TCU fans. Gilbert ripped off a record 96 yard run from scrimmage for a TD. Remember it well. Record may still stand?

Alas, Horns D and ST gave up too many points that day. Toads won 24-17 or something similar.

You sound like my wife talking about me at church on Sunday morning. “Either quit raising your hands during the praise and worship time, or lose the gut so you aren’t scaring all the women and kids at church!”

Could very well be our last game in Ft Worth for a long time. We need to give them something to remember us by.
Ugh, I hadn’t thought of that. I grew up in cowtown and my wife and I are bringing 2 couples down for the game from Chicago to experience the greatness of FW. I don’t like the thought of the horns not playing there. But I sure as hell hope we don’t play there for the Armed Services Bowl.
