Do you Need Office Space in Central Austin?

If you need at least 5500 sq ft in the Central Austin Business District (near Highland Mall) PM me, and I can hook you up. Our building is way too big for our own good, and we need to sublease some space.....like now.

Although advertising here is free, there are probably better mediums.

I would also speculate the office market in central Austin is "soft" right about now.

Actually, 183 (the "Research" part) is sometimes referred to as "Central Austin".

Being a native South Austinite, I think of anything North of 45th as North Austin and anything north of Anderson as Far North Austin.
