this should be easy to put to rest. The US could just name who in the paki gov't gave consent and then the person in Paki gov't who told the UN it did NOT consent can step forward.

I know the US admitted to killing nearly 20 people in a Dec 24 drone strike alone. I guess BO might have a different definition of " significant"
