This year there is a possession overlap between my Spring Break (I get them the day they're released from school, to the day they return from Spring Break) and the Ex'es Easter (The day they are released from school until they return from Easter break). Here's the rub. Spring Break is from 3-17 to 3-24 and Easter is from 3-21 to 3-24.
I have no intention on bending with regard to my possession because the woman has been inflexible since we divorced in 2004.
I plan on taking possession of my girls then notifying her via email that I will return them to school the morning of 3-24.
Lawyers: Any gotchas out there I may run into?
I do plan on sending a copy of the page in my decree to both authorites in my town AND her town.
