Today was my first game at the Disch this season and I noticed a bunch of crowd improvements; it seemed like they have really tried to improve the game day experience. Little stuff like people in blue shirts walking around with a sign "Ask me if you need help", the commercial break activities seemed more fun, people in yellow shirts were smiling a lot.
The first couple of seasons after the sky boxes were added I had some not so fun moments with the staff, but today was great. I asked a couple of them if Disney was improving things and I got a mixed response, definitely Disney came and did a Disney University presentation, told them stories about the Disney parks, gave them some training.
I don't know for sure if Disney helped, but it felt pretty good to me today.
I asked one of them if they thought the Godzilla Tron at the football station would get turned down and they said not likely, oh well.
