Dishwasher Problems

Help! The dishwasher won't drain. It finished a cycle and when I went in to empty it, the bottom was full of water, not clean. I ran it through another cycle, no leaking or overflowing, but no draining. I seem to remember this happening once before a long while ago, and it was something easy to fix, but I don't remember what it was.

Anyone got any ideas on what to check? We are on spring break this week and the dishes are piling up today!
