Directv DVR Scheduler

Anyone using this feature? I just started and it's really cool... If you have your DVR connected online, in addition to the ondemand feature, now you can browse online or on your cell phone to record a show... It logs it instantly, so you can record stuff on live tv... Just log into directv.com and browse the guide, then click on the show to record, and select the receiver you wanna use... Or go to m.directv.com to do the same but with your cell phone.

You do not have to have your reciever connected to the internet to do this. I don't and I was able to record shows instantly when i tried it last week.

Yeah, it'll just send the info over the satellite...pretty sweet...

yeah, I figured that out last night... The thing is that I tested it recording an onDemand show, and for that you DO need Internet..
