Directv DVR Question

All of a sudden on my remote, I can't "pause" and I can't rewind. I can pull up something already recorded and can do all the functions, but not on live tv. Something, somewhere must have gotten reset.

Anybody know?

Try reseting it by opening the little door in front where the access card goes and hitting the red button...the HR21 I had needed this from time to time, my two HR20's never do...
