isn't it basically a scam?

Less ice cream in the same sized cup/bowl and then charge a similar price? There is alot of unused space/air around each of those tiny dots.

Brilliant business ploy: Market it as some new thing, produce less of it per unit and charge the same amount per unit as regular ice cream.
