Dinner Help - I45 between Htown Dallas

A coworker and I are are drivig up towards Dallas tonite.

I am looking for a dinner option somewhere on I45 in between Houston and Dallas. Being that I never travel this way, I was hoping someone would have some insight into some great place I have never heard of to stop at.
