Digital Picture Frame

Have a Sony picture frame that I won as a doorprize at a Christmas Party. It holds 4 different kinds of "memory sticks" - Memory stick, CompactFlash card, SD memory card and xD Picture Card.

I took the memory card out of my Kodak camera, put it in the frame and it works just fine, displaying the pictures still on there that I haven't previously deleted.

My question is how to use the other 3 options available.

If I buy any of the different kinds of "sticks" how the heck do I load pictures on them? I obviously have pix that I"ve downloaded to my computer over the years that I'd like to display but can't figure out how that's going to happen.

Obviously I'm missing a link or two, not to mention brain cells.

you need to buy a card reader

I imagine your Kodak has an SD Memory Card. Buy a reader that works with SD so you can add/delete pics from computer to card (via the reader which connects via USB), then re-insert card into frame for display

don't worry about the other ports on the frame. You only need one reader for whatever memory format you choose. All of your previous pics can be added to the memory card

so if I got a reader like this, is it going to have a removable storage device that fits into my digital picture frame?

and sounds like if I get one of these memory cards, I could use this to download off of either my computer or camera and wouldn't have to mess with my camera's SD Memory card. The Link

Unpainted, does this sound right?

Thanks for your help.

I would recommend getting the card reader and another SD card. That way you have a backup for your camera in case of emergency. That's what I did for my photo frame at home.

The SanDisk reader you linked will do the job for copying to/from your computer. I bought a generic reader from Fry's for $6 that has worked just fine (so far).
