Not yet.

Can't find them many places here. Chinatown isn't next door, and the health food place down the street was closed NYE day.

I'll pick up some dry ones tomorrow (I don't think canned ones exist in this country) and I'll be boiling up some pronto. Although first I have to go to an estancia (~dude ranch) during the day with a bunch of foreigners.

PS- I saw saw a guy in an orange UT cap (white Bevo) in Palermo today, but didn't see him in time to show him the Horns. (Although I was wearing my ROSE BOWL orange fleece... representing!! We're having a peculiar cool front right now and I kind of like it.)

Naoleon, I have no idea what country you're in but here in Texas, black eyed's are readily available in the store.

I had 3; can't stand 'em (plus most legumes) with the exception of BBQ baked or refried with a lotta sour melted cheese on there.

I figured out the way to do my minimum allotment & that's to not chew, just wash 'em down with a Coke just like pills.

Yes. Made from scratch and delicious.

Southern tradition for good luck. Also, pork for good health and cabbage for prosperity.
