Did Dell open some new call centers?

I just called customer support on my Inspiron and it definitely sounded like the guy I was talking to was in Kentucky rather than India.

Believe it or not. they are now teaching people in the indian call center to sound and act 'american' to avoid the off shoring backlash. billy bob patel handled your call.
