Not another location of Chuy's Tex-Mex, but a different type of eatery. (like they did with Chuy's Hula Hut)

I was watching the local news a few days ago and saw a story about hiring fairs for displaced Katrina folks in Austin, and a guy from Chuy's mentioned that they're looking for chefs to employ at their new Austin restaurant that serves "gulf coast style" food. I haven't been able to find anything on the net. Anyone have a name or know what I'm talking about?

I'm pretty sure Chuy's owns Hula Hut, Shady Grove and the Boatyard.

Maybe they are talking about the boatyard.

Isn't that the cursed space next door to The Butt Hutt? That place must have been 5 different places in the past 5 years.

I hope the big-boyz @ Chuy's can make it work. That looks like a pretty cool venue and menu. Great "Tourist Trap" they got on their hands there. Close to DTWN, decent food, lotsa drinks and big corporate dinner tabs. Great business idea. Go guys!!!!!!!!!!!
