diamond earrings

thinking about buying my wife a pair of diamond earrings for christmas. i went through the process for her engagement ring (bought from blue nile) but i'm a new one to earrings.

any thoughts on the jewelry exchange in houston?

Can't help with the actual question, but if you get them, give them in time to wear while showing off the progeny during holidays.

Went back thru some old PM's because I KNOW I conversed with a poster about trading a guitar for a diamond. He was in the gem business. Try a search for posts about diamonds. More than a year ago. I think he was in Austin, but would have good ideas about how to buy diamonds.

Cannot go wrong with Blue Nile man. Bought both engagement ring and diamond earrings (which I bought as a wedding present) for my wife there. They shipped fairly quickly too, from what I recall.

I would go with giving her a Pearl Necklace. It's more romantic and a classic. No pictures.
