Rufus had trouble finding the classroom and staying awake in meetings. It's really a shame. He had plenty of talent, but his work ethic never matched it. Other guys from his class (like Ross and Huff) did have the work ethic they needed to find success.

It's one thing to talk. It's another thing to back it up on the field. I hope we see some of our pre-season talk from one particular linebacker backed up on the field.
