Desserts On The Grill

My standard dessert when I grill is to cover either pineapple rings or fresh peach slices in cinnamon and sugar, then grill them about 2 minutes on each side. Then top with homemade cinnamon ice cream.

Anyone else have desserts they do, at least in part, on the grill?

Sounds good. We routinely bake cakes, cookies, and brownies on our green eggs. Grilled bananas are also good.

I grilled a bunch of plums off my trees this year. Cut them in half and grilled them skin side down. The skin acts like a bowl to keep the plum from losing all their juices.
