Design Engineers (Semiconductor Specific)

Does anyone know one I can talk to? I am working on a project and I had a couple questions.

I work with a couple, but I don't think that they give their services away for free. And they ain't cheap, either.

My questions are simple and very broad concerning the topic of semiconductors. If they need to charge me for the 15 or 30 minute phone call that's ok. Can you PM me with their numbers if you think they would be up for it. The questions pertain to a marketing piece targeting these types of engineers.

I used to be a field service engineer for a semiconductor equipment manufacturer and worked out at AMD and moto. I did installs,repairs, trained workers and engineers and worked on proccess improvement. I didn't do semiconductor design so I'm not sure if I'm what your looking for.
