Here's a pretty humorous ruling from an Austin federal judge entered of record yesterday regarding a dispute as to whether a deposition of a Wal-Mart representative should take place in Bentonville or San Antonio:

I am assuming he won't be entertaining running for any elected office in Arkansas.

He is a Federal Judge, which is a lifetime appointment. This may explain why he decided he could issue this order in the first place.
