Democratic Delegates (Rules)

If the three top candidates stay in until the convention there is a chance that the convention will be brokered. Several points of interest which need some predictions:

1. Will the fights over which delegates to seat in the states which held early primaries determine which candidate gets nominated? (I predict the Clintons are much more adept at seating their delegates.)

2. Will John Edwards be able to control many of his delegates or will they tell him to take a hike? (I predict they tell him to take a hike.)

3. Will Edwards be able to obtain a deal from either campaign? (I predict he overplays his hand, but Hillary will do anything.)

I don't think that Edwards really offers anything to either candidate. Neither wants him as a VP candidate, because he can't even win S.C. or N.C. And he's already proven that he doesn't campaign like a VP needs to. He continues to campaign for President.

I'm thinking that the delegates are voting for him to make a point in the primaries, but at the convention I don't think that he'll have any control over them. But Hillary/Barak will do anything.
