Decision in Abortion Case

The Link. Seems like a justified finding. This should really stoke the fires on late-term abortion.

What this guy did was ****** up, and people who think that what he did was ****** up because the baby happened to slip out of the birth canal are also ****** up.

Justice was done.
 
That clinic was truly a house of horrors -- and my understanding of it is mostly what i've heard on NPR. . You wonder how a place with such blurry to non-existent ethical boundaries could last so long. It seems like somewhere in a building where a number of health care professionals and paraprofessionals were working somebody would have the courage to step up and blown the whistle on this a lot sooner.
 
The defendant didn't run the clinic by himself. I guess I should have said "clinic" instead of building. Obviously i don't expect nearby tenants to know what's going on (though if they smoke and visit with other smokers there is an amazing amount of stuff that gets around.)
