I was at the Michigan State game yesterday and I will admit our offense struggled to say the least. But our defense is awesome. We haven't had a team that can play this type of defense since the days of Royal Ivey.

The point I'm trying to make is please don't doubt this team. In the past few years the team has struggled in the month of December. The last thing we need to have happen is fans doubting the team and not showing up to games. I think our team has a great chance to win the big 12 and make a nice run in March. Stay positive and most importantly keep showing up to the drum and supporting the Horns.

I agree. After every win, you get people saying "I love this team". After every loss, you get: "I hate this team".

To me, this is one of Barnes best teams ever. The defense is just outstanding. I'm willing to be patient and wait until March.

Well, tonight at Madison, they're at it again being careless with passing the ball. I think if they could find a way to play without ever passing the ball to someone, they'd be unstoppable!!
 
Barnes coached teams have always been sub par/sloppy on offense. tonight is ugly. Good coaches always take advantage of our offensive ineptness down the stretch too often.

The only times we've been halfway decent on offense is with all american point guards in tj and dj or w/ durant averaging 30 per game, and they still struggled alot with those amazing players. I can't put my finger on it. can we get an offensive minded assistant coach hired?

frustrating. and then as I type this abrams throws up some shots to get us back in it.

Get a grip. We've lost 2 whole games against pretty damn good teams, both of which down to the very end.

Gonzaga just lost to Portland State. Duke lost to Michigan. And so on

Since Barnes has been here there have only been 2 or 3 teams as consistent as your "struggling" Longhorns.
 
our big men could also learn a move or two from wisconsins big, slow white bigs. gary johnson's j looks great. didn't know he had that consistent of a 15 footer; id even say it's better than james at that range right now.

strong move by mason. we need to step it up on D here toward the end.
 
I couldn't stop laughing at him pounding his chest... he just BANKED a three. I was pumped but thought it was funny. Most pick up games would laugh at that!
