Deals On Tax Software?

Last year someone found a link on FatWallet to get 35% off of TurboTax through Vanguard. I just flipped through FatWallet and couldn't find anything like that this year, but some of you are pros at this, so if you see anything like it this year, please let us know.

I don't have any info on the FatWallet thing you're talking about, but for the last 5 years or so, I've purchased TurboTax Premier (the rental property one) off eBay, and I've found bigger discounts than 35%. This year, it is selling for $75 at Best Buy, and my total cost was about $30. Just FYI.

i got turbo tax deluxe fed & state (not that you need state in tx) for a non-member price at costco for $20 last week. got delivered yesterday.

I bought Turbo Tax Deluxe with deduction maximizer last week at Costco. $37 minus a $15 in-store coupon (which I didn't have but they had extras at the cashier).

Yeah, that's pretty close to the same deal you can get online through Vanguard. Deluxe is $19.95 with their 35% off. I've always done it online and would prefer to do so again rather than buying it boxed.
