His highlights are very impressive. I know you are waiting on Mario Edwards, who seems to be a longshot at best. Why is UT not recruiting Devonte as an alternative? Just curious.

Texas is not waiting on Edwards for DE. Edwards is going to end up too big for DE and will get moved to DT. With two DE commits Texas has most likely closed it down for DE for this year.

When Hampton and Rogers were Longhorn DT's the DE's were Aaron Humphrey and Cedric Woodard and if I remember correctly Woodard was up around 290-300 pounds. I'm just saying, that size DE may not be common but it is not unheard of.
