Daycare suggestions

Since we seem to have a baby them going on in Horn Depot right now, I thought I would jump in and ask for day care suggestions. People keep telling us that you have to sign up early or you won't get in a school so I am now starting to get paranoid about this stuff. Is there a list of the best schools in Austin or anything like that? Anyone have a school that they just love?
