The ESPN Blogger for Tim Griffin.

Not that I cared for Tim as much but at least he knew where his bread was buttered.

This Ubben joker has to go, everything about Texas has subtle negative overtones and there is almost nothing.

He is so fixated on the smaller schools, let's get rid of this joke!!!

What does everyone else think?

What Sangre said. I have no clue who this guy is as I type this and still have not knowingly read anything he has written or heard anything he has said. Kirk Bohl's does not miff me any longer either because I don't bother reading the Statesman any more either.

The problem is that his blog on ESPN, just like every other one, he has links to articles in every major newspaper in Texas that discusses college football. Sorry, that I don't really care about any other sport.

It is a central focal point for my information about college football at Texas. Do I go out of my way to read Bohls, no, I barely know who he is......This guy writes an article about Texas and you can feel and see the negative undertones about Texas. I was mostly curious if anyone else felt this way.....

I think I am glad I know his name now because I will check for it so I can skip over it. I am sure I would have otherwise stumbled across a piece of his and gotten irked.

You said "let's get rid of this joke". I ask again, how do you propose to do that? I will once more suggest that you ignore him, because you have no legal way to "get rid" of him, nor any moral standing to do so.

You dislike what he writes: so what? He's free to write it. ESPN is free to give him a platform to publish it, and apparently they are willing to do that. You and I are free to read or not read it, react or not react to it.

The path is to not read, or at least to not react. If enough people follow that path, ESPN will eventually withdraw the platform.
