Oregon losing

UCLA losing

Cal lost

Ok sure to beat UW

Wazzou gets stomped

Stanford loses

USC should win to salvage something for the conference

oh well, this **** happens every so often...

I was just coming to post on the sorry state of the cRap 10. They need some serious help and after OU hangs 70 on Washington it will just get worse.

Sadly, the Pac10 is looking like another year of USC and the 9 Dwarves.

Too bad, because there are a few Pac 10 teams I kinda like, but USC is not one of them.

^^^I saw that during the game and laughed...great hit by the DB..

UCLA down to BYU at half 42-0...

I'm really surprised the Oregon offense is struggling so mightily against Purdue. Didn't see that coming. I know it's raining up there, but they're from Oregon, for crying out loud. They live in the rain.

???

The only embarrassing losses I see are the Cal game on the road (yeesh) and UCLA getting absolute pasted by a ranked team on the road. Didn't UCLA beat a ranked SEC team last week though? I can't remember. Oregon got a really nice road win and all U-Dub has to do is stay within 100 of unbeatable OU.

Here are the non-conference foes for the SEC this week:

Middle Tennessee
Samford
Rice
Western Kentucky
North Texas
UAB

The SEC could suck balls and they'd still be 6-0 OOC this week because they're so skeert of playing decent OOC opponents on the road. Given Tennessee's performance at UCLA and Auburn's decade-long slump, I don't blame them.

I'm a big 12 fan, but trashing the SEC's nonconference schedule? Come on dude. The big 12 is the poster-child for chicken-shiit OOC scheduling. Season to date, our landmark win is mizzou over an illinois team that nearly lost to ULaLa, (unless we're counting a moral victory vs S Florida).

I haven't done much research on SEC but I know that bama beat Clemson. Tenn played at UCLA. Florida beat Miami (obviously not as good as in years past). Florida also has FSU on their schedule every year. South carolina still has clemson. UGA still has a half-decent Ga Tech team. Arkansas taking on mighty Texas. Auburn & West Virginia still to go (i think WV also has colorado, who is one of the few teams in the big 12 that consistently takes on the big time programs). Georgia travels to AZ st.

It's not the norm, but the SEC has stepped up their OOC slates this year. Every SEC team not named LSU is playing a game vs. a BCS conference team away from home ('Bama vs. Clemson was the only neutral setting, FWIW. All others are true roadies).

^^^OK the pac10 sucks this year in OOC play...

We can only hope for a decent bowl performance...

#23 Cal loses to unranked Maryland
Wash St. loses to Baylor....big
Stanford loses to TCU
UCLA loses by 59 to a non BCS school
#16 Oregon comes back and squeaks by Purdue
Oregon St. rolls Hawaii
Washington loses big to OU
USC rolls OSU
#15 ASU loses to UNLV (huh?)
Arizona loses to New Mexico

3-7 is just a ridiculously bad week.

SEC went 6-0 in games they weren't playing themselves.

Big 10 went 7-3 (losing to USC, Notre Dame, Oregon)....2 loses to sucky Pac 10

Big East goes 2-2 and I still don't understand how they are a BCS conference

ACC goes 4-1 in games not playing themselves. (lost to Conn)

Big 12 goes 6-2 with loses to South Florida and Iowa.
