I used to make this trip growing up and I am now taking my daughter for the first time!!!!

We are going to Six Flags(all day in Looney Toon Village), FW Zoo and the Rangers are out of town or I would be doing that. We were thinking about Medieval Times, but not sure if she would like that.

Anyone have any suggestions on places to go, to eat and shows to go to? The whole idea of this trip is to kind of focus on our daughter, so most of the stuff will be planned for her.

I'll post more suggestions later, but quickly:

Dallas World Aquarium - downtown. Really cool exhibits.

IMAX, Fair Park or FWMSH (not sure its still called that) - check the schedules online - no idea whats showing.

When are you going? FW Zoo was the first thing I thought of. Main Street Arts Festival in FW is awesome; it's April 19th - 22nd.

Frisco Rough Riders if they are playing. We enjoy that stadium better than the ballpark. If you get to Frisco well befor the game go to the Stonebriar Mall as they have an indoor carosuel for a buck.

The Dallas World Aquarium is the best tourist attraction in Dallas that nobody knows about. I would highly recommend that. The restaurant at the Aquarium is also surprisingly good.

The Ft. Worth Museum of Science and History is extremely kid friendly. They have a huge sand box where you can dig for dinosaur bones and lots of interactive exhibits. Downstairs they have an area specifically for the younger kids.

I guess everyone agrees with my Dallas World Aquarium suggestion.

Main Street Days in Grapevine is May 18-20. It's not as fun as Grapefest but they have lots of kid stuff going on. The Link
I've been to a few Frisco Roughriders games. They're pretty fun.
