Dallas Hotels

My friends and I are going to the Dallas/49ers game in November, and I was wondering where is the best place to stay that is close to the stadium? Any advice appreciated!! Also, what is good to check out the Saturday night before the game? Thank you!!!

Assuming you want to be close to the stadium. either the Las Colinas Marriott or Hampton Inn on Walnut Hill in Las Colinas. Both have weekend specials. Not much night life there but convenient to the stadium. If you stay there, Venice at Walnut Hill & MacArthur is great for Italian and The Keg has good steaks and a nice bar.

Looking for nightlife, I suggest moving to other areas of town.

There is a pretty nice Crown plaza close to the stadium.

The Omni Mandalay in Las Colinas is a good place.

Don't waste your time with Las Colinas. I work out there and the hotels are all spares.. Stay near downtown/uptown. It's not a long ride to the stadium if you leave early enough

I stay at Central Park on business because the company I do business with has a corporate rate that is really good. Restaurants in the immediate area are lacking a little, but the hotel is very nice. It is obviously farther from Texas Stadium than the others discussed. If going that far, you may want to consider the large hotels around the Galleria and see if they are offerring deals since they are a few miles closer to Texas Stadium and have shopping and restaurants right there.
