Dallas hotel with view

I will be in Dallas for NYE and was looking for a room with a cool view of downtown / sky line.

Anatole - at least Nana (the restaurant at the top level has the best view of Dallas downtown, bar none, not sure about the rooms though)

Some other ideas but I don't have personal knowledge of these:

Hotel Palomar
Ritz Carlton
W Hotel

Just trying to think of hotels outside downtown that you can see downtown (I think this is what you are requesting).
