rated best in state by Texas Monthly, Fuel City off of Industrial.

if you haven't gone by there to get 2 or 3 tacos for lunch, you are really missing out.

Got a picadillo, and a chicken fajita today. That and a drink ran me 3 dollars.

Also, there's a lady serving cup of corn in the front. That **** is good too.

Try this place out if you haven't already

Ate there earlier this week. Again, it was awesome. Tacos inside, corn outside.

I bet you have actually. It's the big *** beerstore/fuel station at Industrial and 35. The place with all the longhorn cattle in the back (backs up to the Trinity River).

i made my first trip recently to fuel city. and yes, the tacos are allsome. i want to go back in the AM sometime to try the breakfast tacos

I work in the area and just ate there an hour ago.

Those are probably the best Taco's Ive had in 3 years.

There were badass!!!!

In fact im going back right now to get me some more.

They are also dirt cheap.

I took the recomendations and decided to put it in action. Wife wanted to go to the Farmer's Market, so it gave me an excuse to swing by.

I got a picodillo and a chicken fajita. Less than $3 for 2 tacos. Tried the fajita taco first...it was ok. Chicken seemed pretty bland to me. But, it was better than Taco Bell. Tried the picodillo second...it was awesome.

I still think that Manny's were better, but these are awesome cheap food. I will make it a regular trip on the way back home from Austin. (Along with the Czech Stop of course)
