Anyone have any info on the difference between the reserved seating and general admission tickets for sale at texasboxoffice.com? Guessing the GA tix are bleachers, but haven't been to DF field yet, so wasn't sure. Thanks.

Reserved seating worth it?

There are no bleachers. GA is now the grass berm in left field as shown on the seating diagram:

Sometimes reserved with a Bevo's Bargains coupon costs less than GA.

Reserved may be necessary on days when the stands are crowded (increasingly rare), or if you want more than a couple seats together closer than the berm.

The difference is $5.00 per ticket. For most games I would buy GA, then sit wherever I like. Weekend series against aggy or BU, games with Rice or tournament games would probably be safer with reserved seats.

Don't spend the extra money.
Show up early and walk around the parking lot tailgates.
You will get great reserved seats for most every game at face or MUCH less.

Sure is. The first year it was installed (before the season started) there was a landslide that decimated the berm. The painfully obvious solution for that berm is to terrace the hillside. Blows my mind that they didn't bother to do that.

The post by LH obviates the need to read between the lines of my earlier post.

For games that are not sellouts, GA seating can also be the top two or three rows under the roof. The box office will tell you.
