CWS Final Game One

Made it home from work last night to catch last couple of innings. What an incredible bottom of the ninth. Florida loads bases with no outs and Carolina gets out of it with an out at the plate and then a double play starting with an out at the plate. The Florida has a runner tagged out at plate in bottom of tenth as well. Carolina gets freak run in 11th on two throwing errors on same play and wins 2-1 in 11 innings.

Fun game to watch.

It was a good game from the start. Both sides looked good at times and at times looke dlike the Keystone Cops.

Bases loaded and no outs - it was fun to watch it all crumble for the Gators. That double play was outstanding!!!!

Imagine if the first throw home in the 9th had hit the catcher's mask on the ground.

Amazing game. Glad Cocky won. They earned it.

SC catcher was MVP. Backhand scoop for 1st out in 9th. Amazing pivot on DP for 2nd/3rd outs; and then the great catch and tag in the 11th. Tremendous game.
