read about this in the Dallas News, and then bought some at the farmers market. Damn good. It is italian squash or zucchini. You take it and treat it like a carrot, shave down the sides. Then stew it with garlic and onions, then add tomatoes and tomato sauce and then add the cucuzza and let it simmer til the zucchini is soft. Add basil, salt and pepper, and throw in a little bit of red pepper. Then eat it with a bit of LA Hot sauce damn good.
