Cuban officially bids on Cubs/Wrigley

The article indicates at least one group is bidding only on Wrigley Field. Presumably Cuban and the other six bidders mentioned are seeking both the team and the stadium. I have to wonder if any of them would pull their bids if Tribune Co. decides to sell the stadium separately.

It has to be great for Cubs fans to actually be in contention, and continue to add players for the stretch run, while the team is for sale.

Wrigley can fit over 40,000 after they expanded the bleachers. They arent one of the 3 smallest as far as capacity
