CREW vs. Judicial Watch

Based on this lawsuit it's clear to me that CREW, infamous for their currently failed lawsuits against Trump for violating the Emoluments clause, is simply the progressive version of Judicial Watch. Both are a group of lawyers firing off FOIA requests to the feds in hopes to find politically damaging information about the opposition party.

These watchdogs used to be called attack dogs in previous generation political discussions.

On a separate note, how much does it suck to be in the Justice Dept? They are trying their darndest to avoid the appearance of politicization yet both sides seem intent on differing levels of painting them as politicized.

I'm not a Jeff Sessions fan but he's acting honorably in trying to fight off the attempts to politicize the DOJ. Hat's off to him.

In these cases recently, yelling politicizing is like yelling racism when it's not. It's a defense used for allowing something current or in the past to continue their misdeeds. Because of that there are no consequences to any of their actions. Jeff Sessions isn't doing his job. That's not honorable. That's my take.
