Okay sister lost job and is behind on her car note the place that she has it financed through is calling everyday three times a day isnt there any laws that limit the calls and/or what is the procedure to cease and disist the calls? She is only one payment behind and only behind 32 days right now. Any help or clarification of the laws thanks.
