Is there a website that compares different credit cards so that one can make an educated decision regarding which one fits their situation best....ie transferring balances?

Credit cards suck. pay them off.

Credit cards are great if you responsible enough to pay them off every month. I don't buy anything with a credit card that I couldn't have paid cash for. I make money by keeping more money in an interest bearing account, plus I accumulate "rewards points."
