Damn, is there any better feeling in the world than rounding third after a walk off HR with your teammates ready to maul you at home? I can't think of many.
 
I have a 5 year old son and the only thing I can imagine that would be better than doing it yourself is to watch your kid do it!

I bet his Dad was about to explode. I know I would be.
 
I am not a religious man, but God bless you for that! I heard it live on the radio after picking up my wife from a happy hour that ran long due to the game. I had to endure watching that game sober (marital compromise) until I got her home. Basking in the sweet glow of victory once again aided by The Macallan.

Maybe one day I'll understand the near-unanimous love for Way. In the meantime, I'll continue to miss Bill Schoening.
 
Robin Ventura will not be using that first clip when he applies as a job for a batting coach somewhere.
 
watch the the shot of augie in the dugout on rupp's clout. he flinches just before cameron swings. it's as if he knows he's gonna kill it.

Just to clarify, I think Way is good. He had big shoes to fill when Schoening left, and he's done it admirably. And my appreciation for him only grows when I listen to other college announcers (like South).

"Prodigious clout" just sounds like something he'd say on that insufferable radio program. I think there's a reason that most memorable sports calls are understated, not overstated.

Of course, I still can't get myself to stop watching those clips. So I must not think they're too bad.

It ain't just daddy. Walked up on a sweet young mother crying last night with her friend asking her if she was. Said, "you must be the momma of either Cameron or Conner". Conner's momma was just as happy as papa I'm guessing.

Good Lord this team is on a mission.

Sign me up as being eternelly grateful that we have been blessed to have BOTH Bill and Craig b2b over the last couple decades.

There's only 4 words I want to hear out of C Way's mouth on Tuesday night or Wednesday night. I'm waitin'.
 
Man Rowe looks like he hit that one off the end of the bat. Those were two amazing shots. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better....
 
I too loved Bill Schoening, but Craig clearly loves the Horns and does a great job of helping you feel the excitement of the game. One other thing...Craig has brought 2 baseball (hopefully soon to be 3) and 1 football National Championship in his time while Schoening brought none. I'd say if nothing else Craig qualifies as a good luck charm.
