I live in an old house (built in the 50's) in an older part of Dallas, and I recently noticed some small cracks appear in my ceiling. When we moved in a few years ago, there were some cracks on the side of the house, but the foundation specialist gave it the OK. Any experts in this field? I know small cracks are normal in Dallas due to foundation movement, but when should I become worried?
