CPA Questions

So I'm going to need to hire a CPA for a couple of reasons.
I've always done my own taxes, but now we are throwing some other kinks in the mix
K-1 statements
Stock sales
rental property
wife's self employment taxes
my self employment taxes for a new business starting in 2011.

I've never used one before, so any suggestions on questions to ask? Qualifications?
