Cowboys vs. Iggles

It was a good game, but I don't think the Cowboys can handle the Eagles when their first team QB plays.
Interesting that we still have not seen Prescott vs Hurts this year. Both winning teams got to play against a backup QB. Bring on round 3 in January

You may be right. But he doesn't play D and the Cowboys went up and down the field against them. I think they only punted once. If the Cowboys win their wild card game they will play Philly in Philly and that will be a good one.

As a lifelong Chicago Bears fan I don't have a dog in this hunt but suffice to say Jalen Hurts doesn't play defense. Philadelphia might be best team in the NFC but their defense can be exploited, just not sure there are any teams in NFC explosive enough offensively to exploit it. Philly would be fourth/fifth best team in AFC behind Buffalo, KC, Cincy and maybe even Baltimore. The Eagles may make super bowl and maybe even win since its a one game shot but if they were in the AFC they wouldn't be in the cake walk they have had so far.

The cowboys will do good to win on the road on the wildcard game. And their next game would be on the road against someone not from their own division before they go on the road to play for the right to play KC or Buffalo or the Bengals.
I would not get my hopes too high

they almost lost yesterday to Gardner Minshew II

I agree. Cowboys could beat anyone and pretty sure they could lose to anyone. I think it was a stacked Eagles team more than Minshew, but, yes they almost lost to a 13-1 team playing their backup QB. Game 1 will definitely be on the road likely at Tampa and if they win game 2 would likely be at Philly. 1 seed (philly) would play low seed (regardless of division I think) and that would be Dallas if Min and SF win. If Min or SF loses Dallas could get a home game. And don't worry, as a Cowboys fan my hopes haven't been too high for the last 25 years or so.

Cowboys are doing just enough...they are not taking the field with killer instinct. It also seems like they quit using Parsons in the effective manner that had him a favorite for DPOY.

Dak remains worrisome with the picks.

Oh, and the last FG hurt. I had PHI +5.5 in the contest at Circa...

I realize the Texans are coming on a bit but Dallas had to score twice in the fourth quarter to beat them by four

I think Dak's interceptions are the only thing making them iffy. They aren't world beaters, but they're very good. Sometimes Dak hamstrings them a bit and sometimes he's a hero. Very Favre like

Maybe, but the Eagles offense still did pretty well while the defense gave up 40. It's a good all around team and not being carried by one dude.
