I am not a Cowboy fan but I think I can give the answer for them as a Redskin fan.

I am happy with out current qb. He may not be the legend that Favre is but I like his progress and he has earned his spot. I don't want my team to go after Favre.

But if he got hurt and was out all season, you bet your *** I would want him on my team. But not at the cost of benching our likely future qb just for the novelty.

What bugs me is that either owner is not past getting him just because they can, headlines and because it would make no sense.

As a Cowboys fan, I have heard several rumors that we are interested in bringing in Chris Simms if needed.

The Packers control the destiny of Favre. Therefore, I can't see any way he will play for the Vikings, Bears, or Cowboys.
