Karen just told refs "I've never seen anything like this."

We can overcome 12. We just need to play our game and not whatever we were doing those first two quarters.

I'm not enjoying the ride. We're past the point of being happy because the program doesn't stink like it use to. It's time to win championships, and in order to do that they have to actually beat baylor. This team, and especially the coaches and are post players need to reevaluate what's in their chest.

Perfect seasons are too rare to warrant that kind of nonsensical thinking. We've beaten some very good teams. We just didn't today. If you want to make it larger than that, you'll need to have that exchange with soneone else. I can't argue with crazy.

What are you talking about making it larger than that. It is larger, they haven't beaten baylor in years. I don't care if they beat good teams in the non conference, they don't give you a trophy for that .There's nothing crazy about it. And I guess you didn't get it all out of your system, you can be entertained by that!

Why is no one saying a word about WHY Karen was incredulous at what she was seeing? Everyone sitting on other side of arena? Many of the foul calls on Texas were more than crazy and as a direct result Baylor went to the line repeatedly. Until last quarter Baylor's leads were less than the number of made free throws.

Like I said. Can't argue with crazy. We lost today. We won the game before and will most likely win the next game. And at the end of the regular season we get another shot at Baylor. That's kind of how this works.

And what kind of an outcome do you expect when they play again? I know what the outcome will be. I was right about this game and it won't be any different the next time. But hey, don't stop believing!
 
The reffing was pretty bad, but I think the outcome would have been different if Brie had been able to play...I understand it was a "Coaches' Decision", but that decision by Karen may have cost us the game..Brie has been the starter for all our wins, and she is the glue that holds this team together, and without it, it all fell apart. Too bad, the one game we REALLY needed her.

Coaches' decision? What the heck...I thought she must be injured. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. What a time to dole out a punishment.

We really needed her today. But, if she did something to warrant Coach's decision, this should make her realize she might have cost her team the game. I doubt it happens again.

Oh, and please remember, there is an ignore feature now!

If Aston sat Brianna for something she did since the last game, she had to do it today. Can't let her play against the Bears (no matter how much we need to beat them) and then make her sit against a weaker opponent - we aren't in the SEC. That kind of practice is a part of why so many athletes don't understand accountability. It's not the first time Coach Aston has done it, she sat Chassity and Nneka (2 best players) in her first year and got blown out by Kansas.
