what should I do with these tonight? any recipe suggestions? I won't get home til somewhere between 5 and 7:30, so i need something fairly quick. I don't really want to eat after 9. Thanks in advance

INGREDIENTS

* 4 pounds country style pork ribs
* 1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
* 1 (12 ounce) jar plum preserves
* 1/4 cup soy sauce
* 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

DIRECTIONS

1. Place ribs in two ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dishes. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes; drain.
2. In a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat. Set aside 3/4 cup sauce for serving.
3. Brush ribs with some of the remaining sauce. Bake, uncovered, for 30-45 minutes or until ribs are tender, turning and basting frequently with remaining sauce. Serve with reserved sauce.

**You can sub almost any kind of preserves. Apricot, peach or apple would work well too. **

If you have a gas grill, season them with some salt,pepper and paprika and grill them. Quick and good.

because by the time I get home usually pretty close to dark and don't have good light in the back yard. All I have is a charcoal grill and really don't feel like starting the coals.

I use my grill all the time on the weekend. At that time during the week I didn't have enough light and was to tired/ lazy to fire it up. Now that time has changed I there is enough light for me to use it. Plus you don't have to grill everything all the time. I don't know about ya'll but I like to cook different things different ways and stay in the same old rut. Thanks cowpoke for the suggestion.

cut them into cubes (boneless), salt, pepper and garlic powder then lightlly roll in flour. Brown in oil and then drain the oil. Add cubed onions and garlic to pan. Add beef or chicken broth and bring to a simmer and cook for 30-45 minutes or until tender.

Serve over rice or potatos.
